RADIOLOGICAL
Radiological risk concerns all risks linked to ionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation emitted by radioactive products ionizes matter, that is to say, it tears electrons from atoms as it passes through matter, as a living particle. Exposure to radiation leads to the risk of irradiation and contamination…
Radiological risk may arise following a nuclear attack, a nuclear accident or a radiological attack that may target one or more people (with possible use of radioactive sources).
Based on radiological hazard scenarios, depending on the operating method(s) used, we carry out a vulnerability study followed by all the prevention and protection measures, accompanied by training for their implementation.
