CHEMICAL

Industrial toxic chemicals, manufactured for industry, can also cause mass destruction . Some chemicals (such as chlorine, phosgene, and cyanide compounds) have industrial and military applications in the event of chemical warfare. In reality, civilian industry stores military products under a different nomenclature than that used in the armed forces. SEVESO sites or any place where industrial chemicals are stored in the world represent a voluntary (in the event of an attack) or involuntary (in the event of a technological accident) means of spreading toxic chemicals.

From SEVESO sites or chemical product storage locations, we first draw up an Internal Operation Plan (POI) and then a Specific Intervention Plan (PPI) for sites that do not have one, regardless of the country. The results of the study make it possible to recommend all the preventive protection measures in the event of a technological accident, along with training on their application .

We create a map of places vulnerable to any dispersion (voluntary or involuntary) of chemical products and we assess the risks of destruction and damage to property and people based on the most plausible scenarios. Technological risks are studied based on current regulations.

Whatever the scenario envisaged, we offer emergency exercises and training of specialized teams.
